The 26' 20 gauge Benelli Ethos coming in at five-and-a-half pounds did motivate me to pull the trigger on those purchases. I love lightweight, fast-handling guns for hunting. The click thing, if it exists, didn't motivate me to buy the guns. If the blast of a 12 gauge launching a load of shot at game doesn't bother hunters, I can't see why a click of an action closing would. Based on what I read, its action was slightly modified to eliminate a click that apparently bothered some people. I knew nothing about the Ethos line of Benelli. I knew about Benelli's excellent reputation. $450 discount on MSRP motivated me to buy two. I'll use the 20 gauge on an outfitted Kansas pheasant hunt next month. I bought two Benelli Ethos shotguns last week: a 26' 20 gauge and a 26' 12 gauge.
